Shipping labels

Buy Shopify shipping labels with PackOS Labels

PackOS Labels buys discounted shipping labels for any store, and it imports Shopify orders directly. Rate shop USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Canada Post, buy one label or a batch, and void with carrier-confirmed refunds. Free, always — no subscription and no markup on postage. If you also run PackOS Checkout, the box and the rate the customer saw carry straight through, so every label lands with its margin attached.

How the Label Portal Works

  1. 01

    Bring in your orders

Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store, import a CSV from any other platform, or type a shipment in by hand with no store connected at all.

  2. 02

    Top up your wallet

Add funds to your prepaid PackOS wallet. Label costs are deducted from your balance — no per-transaction credit card charges.

  3. 03

    Rate shop across carriers

View rates from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Canada Post side by side for each order. PackOS shows the price, the delivery estimate and the service level so you can pick the option you want.

  4. 04

    Buy the label and print

One click purchases the label and deducts the cost from your wallet. Print the label immediately or access it later from your shipment history.

Key Features

  • Rate shopping across USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and Canada Post
  • Order import from Shopify and WooCommerce, a CSV from any other platform, or a shipment typed in by hand
  • Prepaid wallet — top up once, buy labels without per-transaction charges
  • Batch purchasing — select multiple orders and buy labels in one action
  • Tracking included — tracking numbers are written back to a connected store automatically
  • Void and re-purchase — void an unused label and the cost returns to your wallet once the carrier confirms it

Shipping Margin Visibility

PackOS Labels records what you paid the carrier for every label it buys. On orders that also carry a PackOS Checkout rate, it records what the customer paid for shipping too — and the difference between the two is your shipping margin on that order.

A label platform on its own only ever sees one of those numbers: it was not present at the checkout where the customer paid. That is why margin is something you have to run both halves to see, and why an order without a PackOS Checkout rate shows its label cost but no margin.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a shipping label cost through PackOS?
You pay the carrier rate shown on screen before you buy — no platform fee, no monthly subscription, and no markup on postage. What the rate says is what leaves your wallet.
Do I need my own carrier accounts?
No. PackOS Labels provides access to discounted USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and Canada Post rates. You do not need to create or manage your own carrier accounts.
How does the prepaid wallet work?
You add funds to your PackOS wallet before purchasing labels. When you buy a label, the cost is deducted from your wallet balance. You can top up your wallet at any time. This avoids per-transaction credit card processing and gives you full control over spending.
Can I void a label after purchasing it?
Yes. Void it from the PackOS Labels dashboard. The cost is refunded to your wallet once the carrier confirms the void, and the order resets so you can buy a new label.
