This is what a single order looks like when Checkout and Labels work together.

    Customer adds items to their cart and reaches the shipping step. At this moment, PackOS Checkout takes over the shipping rate calculation.

    Checkout selects the optimal box

    A 3D bin-packing algorithm tests the cart items against your box library and picks the smallest box that fits. Real dimensions, real weight, not an estimate.

    Checkout quotes live carrier rates

    Checkout

    USPS, UPS, and FedEx get queried simultaneously with the selected box. Real rates come back live. The customer sees options priced exactly right.

    Order lands in Labels — already rated

    When the order completes, it flows into PackOS Labels with the customer's selected rate pre-attached. No re-quoting. No "what did we charge them again."

    Buy the label at the quoted rate

    One click. Labels purchases the label at the exact rate Checkout quoted — no markup, no gap. The label downloads, the tracking number syncs to your store, the customer gets notified.

    Margin tracked on every shipment

    What the customer paid minus what the label cost equals your shipping margin. PackOS logs it automatically on every order. Monthly reports tell you exactly where shipping is helping — or hurting — your P&L.
